This Just In . . .

In my effort to keep you abreast of the Google situation, I just received another message from Google Video support:

"Hi Randy,

Thanks for your reply.

We understand that you would like the contact information for the person who requested your videos removed. We have reviewed your counter DMCA complaint and it appears that the original complainant named in your complaint is Ted McKeown and can be reached at NBTV.ca.

Sincerely,
The Google Video Team"

If there was EVER any doubt, it has now officially been removed.

They recommend that in the future I deal directly with Mr. McKeown. However, I have tried and unfortunately he has refused to negotiate. Thus, as I mentioned in a previous post problems may continue to occur. Let's hope that for the viewers' and the contestants' sake, the issue can finally be put to rest.
